How can I open an account in TotoGaming Sports?
In order to register an account in TotoGaming Sports, click "Registration/Регистрация" at the top right of the website. Registration process is required only once and it will last just a few minutes.
Can I have more than one account with TotoGaming Sports?
You can only have one account in TotoGaming Sports.
How can I see the history of my bets?
In order to view your bets, please enter the section "Баланс/Balance", then "История Ставок/Bet History". Choose the bet period and status in the open window and click “Show” button.
I have forgotten my username and/or password. What shall I do?
In order to reset your password please click on "Forgot Password?/Забыли пароль?" at the top right corner of the website and follow the instructions. If you have forgotten your username, please contact our Customer Support Service by sending an е-mail to Email address [email protected] and your username will be recovered once your identity is confirmed.
How do I place a bet?
When you have already chosen the event you want to bet on, just click on the game outcome you want and the bet you’ve chosen will appear in the bet slip on the top right corner of your screen. Once the bet slip has opened, enter the amount that you wish to bet, and the bet slip will automatically calculate your potential winning. Click on "Place bet"/"Сделать ставку" to make your bet. The bet amount will be deducted from your account balance.
How can I see whether my bet was accepted?
Once you have confirmed your bet by clicking on "Place bet"/"Сделать ставку" in the bet slip, you will receive confirmation of acceptance, if the bet has been placed successfully. Each bet you place will appear in your account under "История Ставок". Please note that a bet, once placed, can no longer be cancelled.
I placed a bet by accident. What shall I do?
Unfortunately once you have confirmed your bet by clicking on "Place bet"/"Сделать ставку" the bet is accepted and can no longer be cancelled. Check your choice once more before you make a bet.
What bet types can I place in TotoGaming Sports?
TotoGaming offers a wide variety of sports, leagues, matches and bets – both pre-match and Live!

What is the minimum and maximum stake I can place?
The minimum bet you can place is 50 (fifty) AMD.
The maximum bet is 500,000 (five hundred and thousand) AMD. The maximum winning amount of any bet must not exceed 5,000,000 (five million) AMD.
What currencies can I bet with?
Currently you can register and bet only in AMD.
Can I transfer money between Sport and Casino accounts?
Yes. In order to transfer money between Sport and Casino, click on the “Transfer” button at the top right of the screen. Fill in the money you have to transfer in the "Amount" field. After the above mentioned activities click on the “Confirm” button.
How can I deposit money into my TotoGaming account?
Click on "Deposit/Депозит" in the section "My Account/Мой счет" and follow the instructions. You can make deposits quickly and easily via online money transfer services and terminals such as Idram, TelCell, BTA, EasyPay.
The gaming account can be replenished using the TotoGaming card in the section "My Account/Мой Счет". We also offer delivery of TotoGaming cards on the territory of Yerevan, beginning from 10,000 AMD, please call (+374 60) 700000 for details.
You can make a deposit into your account in the betshops of the company. After telling the operator your username (login) and paying the cash, it will be credited to your account during 1 hour.
How can I deposit money using a bank card?
First of all you must go to the website www.money.idram.am. You should fill in the details of your plastic card (MasterCard, VISA and American Express) which will be required by the system. Then log in www.totogaming.am, click on "My Account/Мой счет", then select "Deposit/Депозит" and click on Idram, specify the amount of money you want to replenish, enter the code, then click on «Deposit/Пополнить», in the opened window specify your Idram account Id, password and then confirm by clicking on the button "Pay".
You could also deposit your game account via the payment system Visa/Mastercard. For making a deposit into your game account via the payment system Visa/MasterCard, enter the amount and protective code, then click on the "DEPOSIT" button. After filling in the data of your payment card in the opened window and confirming, the amount will be credited to your game account.
How can I deposit money using a TotoGaming card?
The TotoGaming card contains а 16-digit code (PIN-code). Еnter "My Account/Мой счет", then the section "Deposit/Депозит" and fill the corresponding numbers in "Card Code/Код карты", then click on "Deposit/Пополнить".
Can I make a deposit into my friend's TotoGaming account?
No, you can replenish only your own account with your personal funds. The card/account/wallet can be used for making a deposit only if their holder’s data match with the TotoGaming user’s data.
How can I make a withdrawal from my TotoGaming account?
You can make a withdrawal from your account using three methods:
• in cash - from TotoGaming betshops,
• in cash - by delivery,
• via payment system Idram.
How can I make a withdrawal through TotoGaming betshops?
Enter the section “My Account/Мой счет” – “Withdrawal/Выплата”, specify the amount of money, any five-digit code, choose a betshop and click "Confirm/Подтвердить". In order to receive the money, visit the betshop you have chosen, show your passport, tell the five-digit code and your login. You can receive the money within 3 working days after the withdrawal request.
How can I make a request for delivery?
Free delivery is available throughout Yerevan beginning from 30,000 AMD. Enter the section “My Account/Мой счет” – “Withdrawal/Выплата”, specify the amount of money, any five-digit code, choose "Delivery/Доставка" from the address list, then call (+374 60) 700000 and tell the operator your personal data, the five-digit code and leave a contact number.
How can I make a withdrawal via the payment system ArCa?
Enter the section “My Account/Мой счет” – “Withdrawal/Выплата”, then click on “ArCa”, specify the amount of money, the card code, cardholder’s name and surname and confirm.
How can I make a withdrawal via the payment system Idram?
Enter the section “My Account/Мой счет” – “Withdrawal/Выплата”, then click on “Idram”, specify the amount of money, your Idram identification number and confirm.
How long does it take to process a request for withdrawal?
You can receive the money within 3 working days after making the request.
Does TotoGaming charge fees for money withdrawal?
In case the participant requires back the amount of the deposit made via payment card or payment system without making a bet, the fee for the service of the payment system will be deducted in the same amount as the payment system withheld from the Organizer for the transfer of the above-mentioned deposit.
Am I allowed to transfer money from my TotoGaming account to my friend’s account?
Yes, we have now such a possibility, called 'FriendToFriend'. Now you can make transfers (i.e. the participant can transfer (give) the right for making bets to a friend) to the game accounts of the participants of totalizator "International bookmaker – TotoGaming”.
